GIVING EXPENSIVE JEWELS IS A SIGN OF LOVE
Whether in a picture or when worn by your wife, rings are made to stand out. We created an art direction cooked from the best ingredients – styling, colours, light, and women.
A member of the diamond exchange rooted in the tradition for over 30 years, Egne jeweller asked us to create a visual identity that would not resemble any other jeweller in Slovakia. As engagement and wedding rings are their main products, we created a series of romantic images based in reddish-ground and soft-pastel colour combinations to support the idea. Light and colours were made naturally in the studio to avoid heavy postproduction and to highlight the sense of authenticity at the time of creation.
Our work consisted of classic engagement and wedding ring product pictures, and experimental mood backgrounds for social media and fashion pictures. In the last instance, we used creative lighting and expressive make-up to evoke a luxurious feel. The challenging part was to capture the rings as shiny objects without them reflecting their surroundings. The details we had to plan, such as styling, manicure, make-up, and outfits, were fused with on-spot changes.
